Octopoos editor of SEBLOD or any authors of a SEBLOD product grants you a revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use products sold on the SEBLOD website in accordance with the following terms and conditions.

All products published on seblod.com are distributed using either the SEBLOD Proprietary Use License or the GNU General Public License (GPL). For details on the different product licenses and granted usage please visit our license page.

1. Product Delivery

As soon as you have carried out payment and we can acknowledge receipt of the money, we will email you a confirmation email when you create your account on SEBLOD and another one for each transaction. In case you have not received an email from SEBLOD within 24 hours, please contact us. After receiving our email with your account details and the transaction confirmation you have immediate access to our downloads. The email address you give should be valid as we will use it to contact you. We therefore recommend to use your main email address.

2. Support

SEBLOD community provide technical support for SEBLOD products only with our service system. You can access for free to a lot of ressource about SEBLOD in ressource part and in the community forum. We will not provide any support via email or Twitter. If you have any membership or billing questions please contact us. During our general support hours Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 (GMT+1), we will make every effort to respond to your queries within 12 – 24 hours if not sooner.

We know there is a difference between what is considered technical support and customizations. We are committed to help you with any type of support query, please use services part if you wish extensive help in terms of customizations.

3. Refund Policy

Since seblod.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable software products please contact us describing your situation and reason for refund requests. If mutual agreement cannot be reached regarding your issues, in this case a refund will be provided.

4. Privacy Policy

Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product, informing about new product releases and addressing any customer service issues.

5. Warranty

Octopoos and any Author of a SEBLOD product give no warranty or guarantee in any manner. Browser compatibility should be tested. We cannot give you the guarantee that the products will work with all third party extensions. Please be aware of that. We guarantee that products from seblod.com work with the current version of Joomla and SEBLOD. We cannot guarantee though that they will work with future versions of Joomla. Also, SEBLOD products will always be developed for the latest Joomla version. We cannot guarantee how long phase-out Joomla versions are supported. This decision is solely made by Octopoos and any Author of a SEBLOD product.

6. Terms & Conditions

Octopoos reserves the right to change or modify current Terms Of Use at any time with no prior notice. Therefore, we encourage you to review changes to our privacy policy every time you visit this website. Further, Octopoos reserves the right to modify or discontinue any portion of the membership. Octopoos shall not be liable to you or any third party should Octopoos exercise its right to modify, suspend, limit or discontinue any feature of the membership.
