Yes, all required files (which work in autocomplete mode), and the latest version 1.3.2.

About the problem of name in field type, it's because de Fr-fr langages files are not in UTF8 mode. Remplacing them with the same saved in UTF8 work fine.

But concatenation mode doesn't work anyway. What is strange is I have added an extra field (adresse) for the search (in addition with ville en Code postal) and I can't remove it with "-" bouton...

Please post a screenshot of your field's configuration, concatenation generally works so it mus be something specific to your configuration

No, look at my picture, I have 3 fields :  ville (town), code_postal (zip code) and adresse (street). No field country is asked by the interface. And you have not the same than me. Do I add a country field, and how the plugin will known it's the country fied ? Do I name the fields width the same names than yourth ?

If I remember correctly you need to have all datas separatelly and also in order as on the screenshot, otherwise it doesn't work. Field names don't matter as only data is concenated.

my data are separated. About the order : it's imposed by the interface, I can't change it. And we have not the same interface, strange, no ? And this doesn't explain why the field don't appear in the form where concatenation is selected and does when autocomplete mode is selectionned...

order in the interface can be different from order set in this field's settings, also you need to pass it all required components, e.g. your setup is missing country. 

In concatenation mode you won't see anything on the form, only coordinates fields should be filled in.

there is no country field asked as mandatory. With adding a country field as an optionnal one, somme coordonates are produced... but there are false (tested with many locations). So... I use this field in manual mode.
