How do I trigger the geolocation plugin to go over all entries in the db? I cannot open and save 5000 entries manually.

But in any case, to add new field to existing records you would need a custom script, there is no such capability in Seblod.

Yes, that is the plugin which I use in conjunction with your map template.
How would such a custom script look like? Where would I need to place that? In each and every article?
