Hi All!
I have a CheckBox. It - Required. In CheckBox - 3 Options. When receive a message that you need to choose something, the message shares the elements CheckBox (see top picture) + code, intermeddle in code CheckBox (see the bottom part of the picture)...
How to fix it?

This is a problem with your tempalte, you will need to adjust css styles to fix this.
