How to make calculations with field values.
Example field_a with value 123 in backend and in frontend shows field_a with value 123 and calculated field_b with value 1230.

Please see the option 5 on your fields when you edit a content type. First column is for conditional field and the second for calculation field.

Tried different way, do not get an idea how to get it to work and didn't found any documentations. Could you please help.
Idea is to get exchange rate, but not complicated. field_b is exchange rate which is static and user inserts only one value in field_a in and then field_c shows result by multiplying field_a with field_b.
Result in frontend:
field_a value
field_c value
