fields created in a content type not showin in another

Hello,

I have created several fields for a content type and i would like to use them in another content type in the same app. But some of those fields are not in the field list, so i can't use them. I tied to duplicate my first content type, and in the copy all those fields are gone (only div fiels and buttons are left).

what happened ?
