Hi, I'm trying to order a column heading dynamically, but it's not working.
1. I added and setup the order field in the search form. When you add the fields, two input boxes appear next to the field (by clicking Direction: asc or desc). What is the second box for, anything? The tutorial only shows one box.
2. I want one of my columns to sort, so I add the same field twice, but enter asc for one and desc for the other (in the first input box). Also I have it in text mode and saved.
3. I then changed the variation to 'filter'.
4. Saved.
5. I'm using the table template in the 'List View', The column I want sorted is 'Column A'. I changed the 'variation' to 'heading' for column A. Then, I opened the '+' and changed the 'type' to 'Ordering' and changed the 'search ordering' to my order field.
6. Saved.
7. I tried all the above again many times, removing the search field and creating a new one and going through the set up all over again.
On the front end, the column is clickable, but the rows are not sorted.

It's working now except for a multiple select field. It will not sort. There must be some setting that I cannot imagine. Any idea?
I believe it wouldn't sort because the storage for some reason was 'Standard - Article - Introtext'. I deleted this field and re-created it with it's own storage column and now the sorting works.
