Is there a way to group fields in a site and/or admin form visually (like fieldset in html form tag)? Group field, as I can see, is too much to achieve that. And it cannot be edited directly in the seblod Content Type admin form (you have to go to another Content Type window). And I cannot put "locked" fields in several groups as far as I understand. It would be nice to have something like tabs fields, but to generate sections of a form.
Actually a Group FieldSet is already there... you can type the legend in top of column

You said that fieldset is already there... In seb_one divs are there. Could you please suggest template, where forms are rendered with fieldsets from the start. I guess I can rewrite that myself, but it could save time...

What do you mean "rendered from the start"? If you put a title in those boxes as Victor pointed out, the forms will render with field sets and the text you enter will be the fieldset title.
The "variation" column can change the way it looks. Try playing with one of those other modes, reload your form and try again.
