Can I send an E-mail after changed the value of a field in one already existing form ?

Welcome to the SEBLOD forums.
Yes you can. Have a look at the email field. If the send email option is set to always, an email will be sent.

But.. I want send an Email only when a specifically field changed .. for example only when the password or other are changed...

Hi fedeverdi!
Ah Ok! Yes you can do that too! On the Email field add a conditional (option #5). The email field becomes enabled using the trigger on the password field using the trigger (is Changed).
You can set up the email field as normal, but you can also keep it in the hidden section.
