I'm testing Seblod 3.16 with Joomla 3.10.
On my site there is a form to test if user email is not blocked.
On my production site – Joomla! 3.8.8/Seblod 3.15 - you can see the page here – the email is sent and my success message is displayed.
On my staging site – Joomla!3/8.10/Seblod 3.16 - You can see the page here – the email is sent but there is an error message instead of the success message.
Any idea of what is happening.

What kind of error are you getting? Did you configure your email field correctly, joomla got much stricter about sending emails recently, e.g. from and to addresses should not be the same.

You can see my email field configuration in the screenshot below but the configuration was not changed after updating Seblod/Joomla.

Judging by the screenshot you have To undefined as you have not selected any user or entered email adress or field name.
