Make many materials in one form (is that possible?)

Hello

Is that possible to create form with group of fields, and each group will be

selected material (with selected id)

for example: two group of fields and each of them will save as one selected material

---------------------

I can do it with groupX but it one material (with on id)

If you have any ideas, I would be very grateful
