We change sorting in content type: pole2, pole1.
We enter data through the administrator a form into both fields the same value: test2pole … vit
We open "Pandora's box" we look in tables through phpmyadmin
From result it is visible that in the table only the first of two fields specified remained

Seblod can only save in one table at the time, to do what you desire you would need to use beforeStore code plugin and save second field there.
