Thanks for spending some time reading my query!

Doing some experimenting here. I am trying to search a non-native Joomla table using the Free object, unlocked content ... etc. 

However, when I set a field's storage to "Standard > Free" -- (also tried Custom > Free ). I have an empty form field in which, I am assuming I can select my table name. But if I do, the blue arrows available there which pop-up a dialog box regarding choosing a column don't actually work like the documentation for v2

Except there the field allows you to navigate the tables in the dB. Hmmm…. I am missing something here? or is this feature not yet enabled? This is my test table name: j331r_cck_free_form_xreftest
