I am noticing that when the Joomla Super-User/Admin receives a new-user email informational email the subject is blank.
In this case, an admin is creating the user is the front end. Odd, still the email subject is blank.
Is this a Seblod issue? Do I need to create an Email field in the User content type? or is this a Joomla issue?
It seems that this var in en-GB.com_users.ini, should still provide the subject ... hmm....

Hi cubist,
This does appear to be a bug. I have tested on 2 different sites - one works the other doesn't. Need to verify where the issue is.
