I would like to know:
1 - how will work the relation between the life time products and the premium membership plan?
For example, i got the Masonry Template and the Seblod Exporter? With a life time licence and free updates
What happend if i get the premium membership? I will be able to have all seblod products during 1 year, with life time licence and free upates?
2 - What about the private support foruns, is it already working? Or will be a future release.
3 - How is this - One hour of Professional Support? Which kind of job is?

1/ Premium membership gives you full access to Octopoos' store during one year. After expiration you are still able to use all the products you have downloaded on unlimited domains thanks to lifetime license, but you won't have access to downloads anymore.
BUT if you have already paid for Exporter Add-on and Masonry Template as "single-purchase" (or any other product), you will still be able to download lifetime updates for these products.. even after your membership expiration.
2/ Private forums are already available. You get access to these forums, after your subscription.
3/ During the week, we are going to open Professional Support Packs (1, 5, 10, 20, 40 hours..)
With this professional support, you'll be able to get help for your projects, about anything related with Joomla! & SEBLOD: development, templating, web mastering.. via email, Hangout or Skype, Webex..
With the Premium Membership, you'll get one.
