Hi Seblodians,

i am using the Seblod Admin Menu for content management in the backend. Therefore i have created lists only for the backend. Every list cames with a add new article button. Is it possible to give this buttons (linked to the belonging contenty type of the list) predefined settings?

Example:

My content type has the language field. I have created a backend list with only "german" articles. Now when i am creating a new article using the button in the list view, it would be great, if the option "german" is preselected. Is this possible with this button in the list? Or any other way?

Kind regards

Neco

Hi,

there is no such function directly, but you can use live values and conditionals for that purpose, e.g. give a hidden field value based on live variable lang value, then using conditionals select right option for your articles. Or you can use select dynamic you have a database with options matches

Hey Klas,

good idea, never thought about live values or conditional states for this. Thx a lot!
