It seems cascad dynamic fields don't work in backend search forms.

We tested on several sites with J3.8.5 + SEBLOD 3.15.0 + Cascade dynamic 1.3.7 with the ISIS backend template.

Our test case is very simple: two cascad dynamic fields only.

It's important to stress that THEY WORK in front end (search forms and edit forms) as well as in the back end edit forms !

the error is only in backend search forms.

We always get the same error: after you selected the first field you click on the second field and you get:

TypeError: this.form_field.options[item.options_index] is undefined

Can someone confirm it please ?
