Hello @ralle,

welcome on SEBLOD forum.

The product map is a template for a "List & Search". So it mean that you have to follow those steps:

  • Create a Content type "Location" to get address from location.
  • Create a list & search to find your locations.
  • In the List & Search, in the tab "List", select the template "Seb_map"
  • fill tab list with your fields, like on the screenshot of the product

Best regards.

Thanks Lionel for your answer,

now i've following your steps and the result is one map with markers from my Content type Location (3adress-article and 3Markers for example). But i need in a content form (article) 1map (1marker) with the adress from this article form. How can I create this.

Best regards

Hello ralle,

you can do that by:

  • create a module "SEBLOD list" on the search list Map that you have created before.
  • In the search form of your List & Search, add the field "Article Id" with a live value "Variable" on it to cache the value "id".
  • In the view "Content" of your content type, add a field Joomla Module for displaying the preview module.

Regards.

Dear Lionel, I have the same problem. I create a new map module and I put a field "item id" with a live value "Variable" as for istructions . Then in the view "Content" of content type I add a field Joomla Module for displaying the preview module.
Why I do not see the map ? What's I wrong.
Many thanks for your kind reply. Best regards, Louis

Hello louispapera,

  • be sure that your List Map is well displayed.
    • In the tab "Configuration" of your search type, force to display the template even if you don't have result.
    • In the Search Type Manager in backend, click on the zoom icon at the left of the search type name.
  • In the tab "configuration" of your Search Type enable the debug mode to have a look at the query.
  • be sure that your map have a size (width/height)

Hope it will help you.

Regards.

Dear Lionel, thanks for your reply, map is well displayed by menù options, therefore I think it could be displayed by module inside item.
I have enable the debug mode for looking query, as for instructions, but it there not any problem  and I am sure about map size in the template.
Then I had also removed the field "Article Id" with a live value "Variable" to allow viewing of the entire map. But nothing.
I note that when I click for seeing full item and it load, seem that system load also something (map?), because the right bar go on (as for show something) and quickly go down showing the item only. Now:
What can I still do  ?  Regards, Louis
